How to get there
Located opposite Westminster Abbey, the QEII Centre is uniquely situated in the shadow of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. You will be within a five minute walk to the Thames and surrounded by exceptional transport links providing easy access to everything the city has to offer, from world-class restaurants and nightlife to shopping and culture. International airports

London Underground: Take the Tube from Heathrow Airport or the DLR from London City Airport. For a smooth journey, buy a Visitor Oyster card in advance or use a contactless payment card.

Train: National Rail train services take you from Gatwick Airport, Heathrow Airport, Luton Airport, Stansted Airport and Southend Airport into central London.

Bus: For a cheaper alternative, National Express coach services operate from Gatwick Airport, Heathrow Airport, Luton Airport, and Stansted Airport. You can also take local buses from London City Airport and Ensign Jetlink from Southend Airport.

Taxi: You can take a taxi from all six London airports, though the journey may be expensive.

Car: Alternatively, you can hire a car at the airport and drive to London.
Parking
There are several car parks within walking distance of the Centre, but parking spaces are limited. The nearest car park is available at the Q-Park Westminster which is a seven-minute walk from the Centre. Disabled parking is available for blue badge holders who are permitted to park on the QEII Centre forecourt free of charge. Parking in this location is subject to availability so please contact the QEII Centre on +44 (0)20 7798 4000 ahead of the event to enquire.
Alternatively, the nearest Blue Badge disabled parking bay is located on Matthew Parker Street.
Cycle scheme and cycle parking
The cycle scheme provides access to 12,000 bikes and 800 docking stations across London. There are several docking stations in proximity, including the nearest at Storey’s Gate opposite the side of the QEII and Abbey Orchard Street, a five-minute walk away. Accommodation
Situated in the heart of Westminster the QEII Centre is centrally located within walking distance of over 6,000 hotel bedrooms with many hotel offerings for all budget types. Delegates are encouraged to arrange their own accommodation requirements to ensure you can secure the best rate to suit your budget!
The RCR is not offering accommodation as part of the registration process. First choice will provide access to a Delegate Hotels search engine with listings of hotels near the conference venue. Bookers can select the date(s) required and be presented with a choice of hotels within the area across a range of prices. Bookers are required to provide a credit card as a guarantee upon bookings. Please note there are various other search engines on the market which you are welcome to use.
