From concept to clinic: pitching the next big breakthrough: Experience the energy of our live “Dragons’ Den”-style showcase, where an expert panel of judges will hear a shortlist of bold, practical AI concepts and early-stage prototypes designed to transform radiology and oncology. From smarter clinical decision-making and streamlined workflows to stronger implementation, education, governance and ethical use of AI, these ideas tackle some of the biggest opportunities and challenges in the field. Drinks reception: Join us to celebrate a successful first day of the conference at our inclusive drinks reception, where a variety of refreshments will be available for everyone. Take this opportunity to connect with colleagues, friends, and to network with speakers, guests, as well as our sponsors, partners, and exhibitors before you head out for the evening.

The Elsevier clinical escape room is back for 2026: Elsevier will once again offer an interactive experience at the AI Conference, where delegates can test their clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced, timed challenge. Take part individually or as a team, solve the clues, and try to reach the top of the live leaderboard. Visit the escape room on the exhibition floor to sign up and take on the challenge throughout the conference.

Abstract showcase: Discover the latest ideas, innovations and emerging thinking by exploring the conference posters throughout the event. Cast your vote for the People’s Choice Award, meet the authors and presenters behind the work, and be inspired by the breadth of talent on display. Can’t see everything on the day? You can continue exploring all posters virtually for 30 days after the conference through our conference platform.

AI Innovation Zone: in association with the Health Innovation Network: Step into the AI Innovation Zone in the main exhibition and discover some of the most exciting ideas shaping the future of radiology, oncology and wider healthcare. Delivered in partnership with the Health Innovation Network, this dedicated space brings together emerging teams, fresh thinking and breakthrough innovation, offering delegates a unique opportunity to explore new solutions, spark conversations and make valuable connections with innovators at the forefront of change. Visit the zone, meet the teams and see what could transform your practice next.

Wellbeing station: Step into our calm wellbeing space whenever you need a moment to pause, unwind and recharge.
