AI Innovation Zone - in association with the Health Innovation Network
The AI Innovation Zone is a curated exhibition space spotlighting organisations driving applied AI innovation in clinical practice. Delivered in partnership with the Health Innovation Network, this dedicated zone brings together emerging and scaling teams whose work is shaping the future of radiology, oncology and wider healthcare.
Located within the main conference exhibition, the AI Innovation Zone is designed to foster meaningful engagement between innovators and a global audience of clinicians, researchers, policymakers, investors and industry leaders.

What's included
Each selected organisation will receive a standard showcase footprint suitable for:
- A small table
- One standard roller banner
- Informal demonstrations and discussions
Electricity is not included as standard. If required, this must be clearly stated in your application. Requests for additional space (e.g. specialist equipment or interactive demonstrations) should be outlined within your submission and will be reviewed as part of the selection process.
Passes and access
- The named lead applicant will receive one exhibition pass.
- Additional team members may attend by purchasing delegate or guest tickets (subject to availability and standard registration terms).
Visibility and promotion
Confirmed participants will receive:
- A profile within the official conference website and app
- On-site identification within the AI Innovation Zone
Application process
- Submit the online form outlining your organisation, innovation and showcase requirements.
- Applications will be reviewed by the RCR Event’s team and the Health Innovation Network to ensure a balanced, high-quality Innovation Zone aligned to the conference audience.
- Successful applicants will be notified by 18 June 2026.
- Detailed logistics, profile deadlines and set-up information will follow for confirmed participants.
Cost
The participation fee is £150.
