Session 2: AI and the law
Delve into the complex intersection of health tech AI and associated legal frameworks. Understand what is known, unknown and needs to be developed both in soft law and international legislation. This will include the legal challenges (both real and imagined) that AI brings, and how laws are evolving to keep pace with technological advancements.
